Able to accomodate 8 or more guests comfortably this large seaside two floor villa features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens with dining areas, and 2 living rooms. Each floor has its own separate kitchen-dining-room... the first floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and the second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The Villa is carefully designed with both indoor and outdoor comfort in mind with ample areas to lounge, read, or snooze both indoors and out.

Among the Villa's many amenities are: wireless internet service, tv, dvd player, satelitte tv service, downstairs fax machine, phone, washer/ dryer (downstairs), two full equipped kitchens, 1200 gallon backup water tanks with pressure pumps, backup generator, electric gate, optional daily maid service, and house manager on call.
